I have got 15 years of HR experience. I started my professional career as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, later I became a Manager of Sales and Marketing for the Recruitment Agency. My responsibilities included sales, HR, recruitment, and Employer Branding. Since 2013 I've been managing ForManWay Recruitment Agency. I am mainly focused on Talent Acquisition Model, Team Building, International Recruitment, and Employer Branding. I also support HR processes and develop HR strategies for our Clients in Poland, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.
