Responsibilities Include:• Analyzing Market Trends and Forecast Sales• Receive and review all customer satisfaction surveys and customer contacts and complaints• Review and manage product inventory levels• Review and study current pricing; compare with competitors and current market conditions• Coordinates shipping schedule with warehouses as well as the production department• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team• Recruit, test, and hire Salesmen based on criteria agreed upon by senior managementPerform other related duties as assigned
