About Megan Holsen
I've always had a love of learning, and its lead to many experiences in different areas of interest. I've always thrived in new challenges and opportunities and today is no different. I am a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (go badgers!), where I majored in biology and psychology.My first dip into the waters of technology started at Zendesk, a leader in the industry for customer service using their amazing SaaS products. I landed as a Customer Support Advocate for Zendesk. Here, I found my passion for helping both my team, and the customers who needed support. I was responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, and helping guide new workflows and implementing them. I also trained new advocates, and assisted other departments with questions on our software functionality, and new policies. After looking for a new challenge I ended up at On Track Communications as a Project Manager, and as a result entered the world of Telecom. I assisted our advisors in providing updates and helping facilitate the implementation of various types of projects/orders for businesses such as connectivity, voice, UCaaS, and multi-location solutions. Early in 2020, On Track was acquired by AppSmart, where was excited to join the team as an Operations Coordinator. My role is quite similar to that at On Track where I work to assist our technology advisors in making sure their orders are progressing smoothly, and helping facilitate communication between the provider and our clients. I am currently the Manager of the Provider Operations team at AppDirect and while my role has changed from Order Management, I am looking forward to taking this new role and making it my own.
