As President of the Community Energy Cooperative Canada, we are collectively dedicated to revolutionizing Canada's energy landscape through community-driven initiatives. Developed and taught online graduate classes for the Graduate School of Public Policy and the School of Environment and Sustainability on negotiations and consultations, renewable energy transitions, and public policy analysis.

Directed administration, accounting, contract approval, and hired sub-contracting personnel.Managed capital projects related to building construction and major repairs.Prepared engineering proposals, investigations, and reports, primarily related to building envelope and structural deficiencies, asset management reporting, condition assessments, and a wide variety of construction projects.Conducted detailed and comprehensive building construction performance audits for condominium corporations based on the Tarion warranty claims process per Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act and Regulations.

Reviewed and prepared detailed reports for Natural Resources Canada’s ecoEnergy Retrofit Homes energy efficiency retrofit program in compliance with NRCan Quality Assurance guidelines and engineering practices.Performed program auditing for Natural Resources Canada’s EnerGuide ratings and certifications program for new residential construction.
