Oversees the development and maintenance of over 40 PHP based applications built upon content management systems and application frameworks including WordPress, Joomla, Grav, Sylius, Symfony, and Laravel, as well as several mobile applications developed for iOS and Android for a client base which includes local organizations and nationally recognized brands.Applications routinely include performance and monitoring integrations such as New Relic, Blackfire, and Sentry, enabling our team to closely analyze and optimize system performance and proactively respond to potential software issues. Emphasis is also placed on efficient automated testing and continuous integration with constant peer review to provide high quality control of all ongoing projects and enabling push-to-deploy workflows.Provides system engineering services in deploying and maintaining web hosting solutions to cloud based hosting solutions such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and DigitalOcean; to include "bare metal" servers optimized for single application environments, WHM based hosting in managed environments, and containerized deployments using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.Deliverable solutions have included websites optimized for blogging and communication, ecommerce platforms, and cloud based web applications custom tailored to the client's business requirements.
