Many of my duties and responsibilities at Vast carried over through Launcher acquisition.At Vast I work on safety critical distributed systems comprising end node devices, application and network level software, radio communications, and ground commanding and telemetry for the Haven-1 and Haven Demo projects.Uphold software, aerospace, and human space flight best practices for safety critical systems to guarantee crew safety for the Haven-1 project.

Merged with Vast Space in February 2023During my time at Launcher I was part of the Orbiter Space Tug Program. The following outlines the work I contributed to the program.Wrote device driver software for a wide range of devices using various serial communication protocols from power distribution, payload management, and several frequency band radios.- RS-422- RS-485- RS-232- EthernetWorked cross functionally to develop and prove the vehicle commanding and telemetry mechanisms.Maintained Hardware In The Loop (HITL) lab and RF Ground Station Equipment.Developed and verified engineering and flight harnesses at each integration level; unit, HITL, vehicle, and launch.Wrote Payload Processing Facility (PPF) software checkout procedures to be performed before the final integration and mating to a Transporter launch vehicle.Developed Mission Operations procedure guides and performed Mission Operations duties for the Orbiter program.

Implement Built In Test (BIT) and embedded Loopback Test software consisting of MIL-STD-1553, video, ethernet, serial, and discrete tests for the V-22 Osprey’s Flight Computer using C language on the Green Hills Integrity-178 operating system, with the objective to simulate external communication to and from the Flight Computer black box, allowing for long term automated testing of the final end system.Design and develop the V-22 Osprey’s PC Health Monitoring software using C# to support general system health monitoring, failsafe command injection, generating system logs, and setting the Mission Computer into several test and maintenance modes to aid in full system testing of the final project.

Lead the rebuild of our product landing page from the ground up implementing Responsive Web Design using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to achieve a modern UI look.Assisted in building the web app client by utilizing React, Less CSS, and TypeScript.

Designed, researched and developed a sensor system array comprised of inertial, gyro, wheel speed and tire temperature sensors on a Texas Instruments MSP430 Launch Pad micro controller on a team of 4 engineers.Responsible for documentation and development of a C language SPI and CAN Bus communication protocol that packaged all sensor data and transmitted it to the vehicles Central Control Module.The data will be used by the team during the testing phase to increase vehicle performance,with the aspiration to achieve a higher placement at competition.

Assist Leasing Manager in auditing leases and marketing on-campus housing for undergraduate and graduate students at UC Irvine through leading property tours and answering phone calls • Manage administrative works through writing incident reports, completing maintenance work orders, processing rent payments, and mediating roommate disputes • Coordinate and lead programs for residents that teaches financial literacy, promotes community engagement, secures health and wellness, and ensures academic success • Oversee and maintain close-knit relationships with over 72 residents by performing periodic checkups on their apartment units and personal well-being
