I am considered a high performer by the organisations I have worked for and have repeatedly achieved more than expected.• As RCL (TSGRO) water engineer and Bulk Water Supply manager, I was instrumental in the turnaround of the land recipient sugar farmers (~1300 farmers) in the Nkomazi area of South Africa. Yields have improved from loss making to profitable in 3 years. We used technology and good management to address the needs of Resource Poor Farmers and enable them to compete toe to toe in the commercial sector • Successfully closed out a $15 000 000 construction project with a 0.017c budget discrepancy after 3 years!• At National Department of Public Works I ran the provincial Service Delivery Improvement Programme in conjunction with being Key Account manager responsible for all buildings and infrastructure provisioning.• I led the National Treasury Infrastructure Delivery Improvement Programme (IDIP - )for 3 years at provincial level. I have a B.Sc. (Agric) and am trained in programme and project management, education training and development, agriculture and construction management (among others).
