Seminole County Softball Complex and Soldiers Creek Park from December 2015-November 2017. Responsible for the development and execution of an annual adult softball program for 350+ men, women, co-ed, and senior teams at Seminole County Softball Complex. Plans, coordinates, and evaluates 65+ annual facility rentals with local and national clients hosting a variety of economic impact driven sports tournaments/special events at the BOOMBAH Sports Complex and Moore's Station Fields. Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate records of park operations, including program delivery models, marketing plans, program statistics, attendance records, revenue records, and others. Assists in the development, execution, and evaluation of overall park budget and program budgets. Purchases various supplies for park operations and programs. Assigned various administration, maintenance, and operational projects by Park Supervisor that impact the park and its facilities.

Opens, monitors and secures parks and recreation facilities and readies facility for use during operational hours.Operates computerized reservation system, registers participants, provides information, collects payments, runs reports, maintains user records and verifies quality of data input.Provides assistance to the public regarding park information, rules, policies, procedures and activities.Ensures park facilities and buildings are clean and ready for scheduled programs and activities which may include recreation classes, sports leagues, tournaments, community meetings and special programs.Assists in the development, organization and oversight of Parks and Recreation programs, as well as promotional and marketing materials for programs and events as identified by supervisor.Provides information and data to supervisor and operational/maintenance staff regarding park usage, issues, incidents, programs and safety concerns relevant to park operations.
