Assisting the Operations Manager with the registration process of students. This will include: o the collection of all required documentation, i.e., ID, Qualification certificates etc. o Capturing registration data o Uploading the registration documentation online - Preparing and distributing attendance registers for staff - Capturing student attendance on online - Facilitation of the following subjects:o Office and Legal PracticeBusiness Law and Administrative Practiceo Business and Office Administration- Completing all exam bookings for ICB students in line with the approved policy and procedures- Coordinating and updating the complaints register and reporting all complaints to the HOD- Provide administrative support in the assessment process by: o Monitoring the assessment due dates o Processing marksheets and submitting to the HOD for approval and process implementation. - Capturing and distributing exam permits as approved by the HOD- Assisting students with academic related queries- Other ad-hoc duties
