Creating Job notifications and making a follow-up.

• Investigate wastewater quality failures and submit findings, license compliance, raise corrective action (CPAs), and follow up on steps undertaken to resolve OOR deviations per shift • Monitoring of septic tank influents• Monitor, operate, and control wastewater treatment unit processes to ensure optimum plant operation. • Collect samples and conduct on-site laboratory analysis on the wastewater quality parameters• Maintain process safety practices and adhere to local and national legislation relevant to the water industry • Monitor chemical dosages and adjust to obtain optimum operational stability• Chemical dosages Data and Quality Data Capturing on Excel and on SAP Production• Assist during planned onsite maintenance, conduct plant shutdown and start-up when required• Desludge applicable Wastewater treatment unit processes to obtain optimum MLSS concentration and Sludge age. • Supervision of chemical deliveries from suppliers, contractors, and internal stores• Commissioning of Waste Activated Sludge and reuse plant• Generate work requests for equipment failures• Daily supervision of shift attendants, interns, and general workers• Assisting during internal and external audits• Preforming safety inspection and recording results• Follow up on planned job observation reports and liaise with the P & Q • Report and investigate incidents and recommend corrective action through the SAP system• Responsible for plant tours and training• Assist line manager with the implementation & maintenance of the SHEQ management• Maintain records in relation to management systems and participate in document review sessions.• File documentation & generally ensure compliance with site specific and corporation policies and procedures.
