Tyco Innovation is An acceleration & commercialization program for start-ups that complement Tyco’s portfolio. Review & evaluation of new potential start-ups and technologies to join the program. Draft joint business development plans for the selected start-ups. Lead integration of new products into Tyco’s global product line and facilitate product launch. Conduct demos, webinars, exhibitions and customers meetings.

 Plan and control large scale multi-discipline R&D projects from design phase to mass production. Projects' scale above 20MY and $1M value in global environment. Lead technical project meetings, track progress and facilitate multi team issue management. Control and mitigate project’s risks, review status with senior management. Implementation of PM methodologies. Awarded VP R&D excellence award.
