Moe currently serves as the Managing Director and Treasurer of the US-Qatar Business Council (USQBC) Board of Directors. He works with the public and private sectors to promote business opportunities for American companies overseas and attract investments at home.Early in his career, he worked in business development and consulting in the Greater Middle East region and North America, and was a defense contractor for the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).Moe holds a Master’s degree from American University's Washington College of Law in Legal Studies, U.S. legislation, and Information Technology law, an Advanced Business Strategy Degree from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a B.A. in Political Science & Public Administration. Moe is a bilingual and multicultural executive. He is a highly regarded public speaker and radio and TV contributor. He is also actively involved in the business and cultural community in Maryland and the D.C. area. In 2021, Moe was recognized and awarded by the U.S. Middle East Policy Council as “40 Under 40” for his over 18 years of experience working to advance the relationship between the U.S. and countries in the Middle East to enhance economic opportunities.
