I am a system engineer with almost 4 years of experience in system integration, product development, and production management. This work has provided me with a deeper understanding of development and integration of robust systems from the conception of initial architecture, to final implementation. Starting out, my experience was focused mainly towards software systems, but over time I've developed my knowledge in electronics and hardware development which allows me to have a more well rounded global vision of overall design and the connection between hardware and software implementation.During my time at Penn State I completed my bachelor degree in Physics, which I've always said, "Generally applies to everything, but specifically applies to nothing". Using my degree I was able to develop my skillset as a system engineer in a broad sense applying my knowledge to manufacturing design, electrical testing, quality assurance and many other roles I've played a part in at Progeny. To progress as an engineer I went back to school and obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Physics, a unique program at George Mason University. Throughout this experience I was able to take my physics background and develope it further in a direction specifically related to the engineering process.
