Developed and created Imaging department to focus on bringing prepress functions in house for substantial and continuing cost savings. Responsible for layout and design, over seeing the construction, puchasing equipment, structuring pay scale and hiring personnel. Pioneered one of the first PDF workflows in the industry. Assisted four separate printing companies, contracted to print the product, in implementing the workflow eliminating both production and quality problems. Configured FTP server for remote access across WAN. Created online archive for international access of images and information for overseas offices. Brought digital photography into the in-house studio. Established profiles and procedures to maintain productivity and improve quality of images.

Over 20 years of public speaking and communicating in an entertainment capacity. emcee at hundreds of weddings, parties and corporate events. This has helped to develop presentation and communication skills. These events also presented the opportunity and challenge to drastically improve interpersonal skills and relationships. Absorbed ownership of the company in 2000. Retired officially in June 2015 - (can still be talked into doing it for fun...)
