As an Adjunct Faculty and Coach, for The Center for Creative Leadership’s Peak Program, I have facilitated wellness programs and coached Senior Leaders and C-suite Executives from all over the world and a variety of sectors. In working with clients, I partner with them to dig deep into their personal leadership style, effectiveness, and skills for cultivating overall good health and wellbeing.

At Quad Innovation Alliance, as Executive Director, I was responsible for leading and growing the only higher education collaboration of its kind in the United States. I led the strategic planning process for the Quad Innovation Alliance and implemented the plan in 2021. The Quad provided students a transformation experience providing exposure and experience in professional roles in their own community while practicing invaluable skills of leadership, teamwork, confidence as well as professional skills such as public speaking, business planning, budgets, and research. Key responsibilities: - Managed and lead an internal team of 3, and an extensive network of over 60 community partners of as well as 20-30 local students per semester- Forged relations between and executed contracted work between local professionals and teams of local students participating in the Quad programming- Oversaw an operating budget of over $500,000

Greater Boston Area

In this role at Partners Health, I was promoted to a Senior Program Coordinator where I led health programming initiatives in both Rwanda and Malawi. Specifically, I managed the coordination for grant management, partnership cultivation, all logistics for teams traveling and moving supplies between the US and Rwanda and Malawi and led communication efforts with clinical staff, PIH executive leaders and other key stakeholders. My role at Partners in Health solidified my natural ability to connect the dots and drive to create meaningful collaboration to solve challenges. I worked between the US and Eastern African on mangring programs with a focus on logistics, managing visitors and advising on project strategy. Key Responsibilities- Created meaning collaboration between the Boston based team and Rwandese based team - Problem solved extremely difficult logistics of shipping pathology samples between countries- Main author of updated strategic plan between US based PIH offices and Burtaro Medical center in Rwanda

My project management and team leadership led to a role as principal liaison for PIH’s Rwanda health programs. Here, I delivered administrative, operational and financial leadership, managing a $30M budget distributed across three district hospitals and 200+ health posts. ✔ Designed and implemented an entire travel system, a key tool with accessibility and ease-of-use for all employees.

In my role as a trip consultant and project manager, I served in a hybrid administrative / client services role designing active travel packages and managing travel logistics on behalf of customers. This role capitalized on combining my love of travel and outdoor adventure with my strengths in project planning and organizational skills, and my values in meeting and connecting with other people/cultures around the world. As the event planning consultant, at Clinton Global Initiatives, I assisted with planning the organization’s 2013 annual meeting, an event attended by more than 3,000 high-profile attendees. I was promoted to establish ThinkImpact’s first regional office (in South Africa). ✔ Led all in-country operations, supervising five employees and 12 long-term development projects.✔ Forged valuable strategic partnerships with South African NGOs, government agencies and private companies to help advance the organization’s mission.

I joined ThinkImpact as an Advisor in the Innovation Institute Scholars Program, leading five college interns in implementing education and public health projects. My performance led to an invitation to serve on ThinkImpact’s Global Development Fellowship (GDF) selection committee. ✔ Designed in-country operations for the 2009 – 2010 GDF class, then executed programming. ✔ Advised five fellows as they worked on four major community development projects.

While completing my master’s degree and living abroad, I coordinated research between Sonke and the University of California, San Francisco. I designed secondary data analysis and performed qualitative research related to HIV prevention and fatherhood.
