My Roles and Responsibilities:• Maintaining the network running the difference role such as Active directory, DNS, DHCP, File servers and devices such as Firewall, Access Points etc... • Maintain Active directory users, computers and group with security• Setup, troubleshoot email clients such as outlook, thunderbird.• Respond to Hardware/ Network problems to minimize down time.• Create documentation of different solutions worked out.• Monitor ISA firewall and collect information about usage and security violence.• Maintain daily backup.• Implementing and maintaining wireless network with security.

• Taking classes for separate batches in CCNA and MCSA daily• Create documents and study materials for students • Setup IT lap for specific topics.• Maintain good communication with front office to provide better study atmosphere.

• Setup and install fresh assembled PC.• Install Operating system, software and drivers• Troubleshoot printers.
