I was also Eastern Regional Manager for about 18 months during this time. I Managed 50+ outside salesmen and a telemarketing staff of 10.I was responsible for quarterly sales meetings, meeting sales budgets, vendor relations, hiring new staff.

I was the national Sales Manager for a $60 million fishing tackle company. I was responsible for setting and attaining sales targets, working with independent rep groups, making key account sales presentations, new product development, development of sales programs, development of marketing programs.
