• Met and exceeded corporate established 20% goal for inventory value reduction in direct materials (packaging, ingredients) while reducing downtime on production lines due to supply outages.
• Reduced maintenance inventory value by over 20% by re-organizing area and evaluating historical movement of parts and supplies to eliminate dead and over-stocks.
• Created Access database to monitor movement of all raw material inventories on a daily basis. Virtually eliminated loss of raw materials to age, saving $100,000 annually.
