Manage the quality and growth of the restaurants (Motor Restaurant & Bar and Cafe Racer) and private events business as well as on-brand consumer event experiences that attract people to the museum and brand.

Michelle began her career with the Motor Company in 1993 in Labor Relations. She since acquired nearly 10 years of sales experience working with North American Sales and the dealer network in her role within Dealer Development, and later as a Buell Zone Sales Manager based in Texas before relocating back to Milwaukee to join Rider’s Edge, where she was responsible for managing the growth and quality of the Rider’s Edge programs. She later went on to become a Product Manager within the Enthusiast Service Travel & Tours area where she developed new travel related products and services. Within her role in Women's Outreach, her projects included managing the Get Down to Daytona incentive contest and trip as well as producing the Share Your Spark mentor program which will definitely inspire many riders to help grow the sport by becoming mentors. She has always been intrigued by and excited to be a part of the Harley-Davidson Museum since first hearing its potential nearly 15 years ago, and is thrilled to be a part of it years later combining her passion for motorcycling with her passion for hospitality.
