Director Of Digital Marketing
Current- Acts as a stakeholder-facing marketer, planning, strategizing, and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns to align with business and revenue goals, leveraging for a diverse set of business units across owned and paid digital channels including website, email campaigns, webinar, social media, and marketing automation platform.- Owns and optimize the Hubspot marketing strategy and automation to include A|B testing, workflow drips, etc.SME in HubSpot marketing automation. - Defines, implements, and evolves marketing technology tools required to enable digital marketing capabilities, including Marketing Automation tools, CMS, UX, analytics, SEO, CRM, partnering with IT teams.- Supports the rollout-out of marketing programs including sponsorships of events, content and thought leadership programs for Cella’s business ensuring maximum digital reach and effectiveness.- Drives a test-and-learn agenda across digital marketing channels. Track, report and optimize paid and non-paid tactics on our own digital channels and third-party channels on a regular cadence, and determine metrics to analyze for continuous optimization, partnering with advertising lead.- Coaches marketing team to successfully build, test, deploy, monitor, track, and report on marketing automation programs and campaigns; including emails (nurture, trigger, drip, ad hoc), lead scoring, webinars, events, advertising, and website activities.- Manages, nurtures, and convert leads into sales opportunities. Identify strong potential prospects using lead scoring, initiative, and creativity. Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.- Monitors competitive landscape and industry best practices. Conduct competitive analysis on competitors’ websites and social media channels to determine how we can improve and better position our digital channels as well as improve the client and candidate experience on our digital channels.
