I am, at heart, a problem solver. I enjoy taking organizations, identifying their problems, and crafting practical, workable solutions. I love working with people who want to make a difference and leading teams made up of those people. Leadership is a passion of mine and I am working on a book on that subject.I have a varied background which gives me a wide range of experience and expertise. I am a CPA, a Director of Operations, a business management and technology consultant, and a full-stack applications developer. I am truly fortunate to enjoy so many different things and to bring them to bear on making a difference in the workplace.
