Project hired to "build" the new intranet for the Joint Venture between Mitsubishi and Vestas Offshore, also known as: MHI Vestas Offshore Wind A/S. The job was: Level 1: Planning, building and Setting up the organizational structure within a "Microsoft Office 365"/"SharePoint Online" -farm/tenant. Level 2: Migrating content and sites from "SharePoint On-Premise 2003/2007" to "Microsoft Office 365"/"Microsoft SharePoint Cloud" solution. Locating and placing the migrated content to the new navigation structure within the new farm/tenant. When starting to work within a new tool, it gives many challenges to the employees. Therefore I have been training/helping the users on how to use the functionalities within Office 365/SharePoint online.Working very much as Microsoft Office 365 - Global Tenant Admin!
