Provide an effective line of communication with ASCs, and ensure that the ASCs meet desired quality and performance standards. . We will maintain regular business contact with and visits to the ASCs, and will coordinate questions/replies on all ASC prime product support and services inquirieswith appropriate dealer personnel. We will also maintain contact with the appropriate Caterpillar ASC Coordinator to ensure cohesive and effective support for the ASC and end users

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt,we are performing step-by-step process of interventions and statistical tools that in my company to understand which business processes are not performing as needed, identify root causes of problems, analyze and improve contributing factors, and sustain gain in improvements.Demonstrate team leadership, understand team dynamics and assign team member roles and responsibilities.

Provides technical support to the Caterpillar Equipment in Antalya Branch.Unit operations such engine/powertrain/hydraulic overhaul and repair. Also provide technical support to ensure cost, quality and output levels meet desired targets.
