Due to reforms in digital screening, I came back to being a service employee. In addition, I have been part of the VIP team and maintained the automatic screening system once a week.

From October 2012 to March 2013, I was exercising a reseach on custumer experiences in the new selfservice concept in Pathé theatres throughout The Netherlands. This was also my thesis for my final exam at NHTV Leisure Academy.

Due to school obligations, I wasn't able to perform my duties as a service manager and decided to switch to operator at Pathé
