I enjoy advising members of the Executive Board and Board of Directors and providing them with analyses and recommendations relevant to decision-making.As a business unit manager, board member and executive politician, I take responsibility for my team, for associations and organizations and for our municipality. I expect committed, constructive thinking and cooperation from everyone at all levels. Preconceived, dogmatic, non-factual opinions and attitudes are foreign to me. I like seeking pragmatic solutions and compromises that balance interests and make new things possible.Thanks to my work in various companies and association committees, I maintain a broad network with numerous exponents in the Swiss electricity industry.
