GroupM Netherlands acquired Greenhouse Group BV and subsequently rebranded it as GroupM.As the Operational Lead for the Data Hub at GroupM, I had the privilege of leading a dynamic department composed of multiple specialized teams, including Data Science, Data Insights, Data Consultants, Web Analysts, and Conversion Optimization Specialists. My primary responsibility was to create and implement the vision and strategy for the team, ensuring maximum operational efficiency through the adoption of agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma techniques.Our team was dedicated to supporting major Dutch corporations with their data challenges, focusing on measuring brand and performance marketing activities. As the Chairman of the 'Stichting Vrienden Easter Open' (Easter Open Friends Foundation), I play a pivotal role in supporting one of the largest (inter)national youth soccer tournaments in the Netherlands. This event involves over 600 soccer teams and approximately 10,000 active participants.In my role, I am responsible for defining new goals, creating strategic plans, and making important decisions to ensure the success of the tournament. Additionally, I coordinate the efforts to gather funds for the foundation, which is a crucial aspect of my responsibilities.

As the Head of IT Operations for the Easter Open tournament, I am responsible for overseeing all match data transitions and multi-channel communication during the event. I manage the infrastructure and lead the team that works with the technological solutions.The Easter Open tournament is a soccer event with over 600 competing teams. During the tournament, approximately 10,000 people rely on the quality data and communications provided by the Easter Open IT team.

Our core business focuses on building and maintaining e-commerce environments and developing platforms using open-source CMS platforms.We offer a comprehensive range of services and products, including web design, web hosting, graphic design, online advertising, offline advertising, email campaigns, and offline media solutions.

RJProducts is a wholesale company specializing in luxury automotive parts. My role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including the implementation and adoption of a new ERP system, expanding internet sales through our network of over 35 webshops on RJPSHOP.nl, and growing our distribution network. I also manage warehouse operations, oversee sales and supply chain management, and continuously analyze and improve internal processes.

At Omroep Brabant, I worked as a freelancer in the video technics department. My responsibilities included transferring unedited video materials to the Omroep Brabant servers, transferring commercials, and adding them to the broadcast system. I also ensured that the broadcast schedules were kept up-to-date.Additionally, I served as a production assistant on a local talent show called TopTalent.

The assignment at Omroep Brabant was researching the effects of the change of the radio frequency. A large scale marketing campaign was set up by Omroep Brabant to communicatie the change of the radio frequence. The outcome of the research showed which effects the campaign had on people listening to Omroep Brabant on a regular basis. After my reasearch and graduation on this research I continued working with Omroep Brabant on a freelance basis at the devision television.

At Omroep Brabant, I was tasked with researching the effects of a change in radio frequency. A large-scale marketing campaign was launched to communicate this change. My research analyzed the impact of the campaign on regular listeners of Omroep Brabant.Following my research and graduation, I continued working with Omroep Brabant on a freelance basis in the television division.
