I am fortunate that my profession is also my great interest; I am passionate about designing and preparing research which lead to greater insight. I have been doing this for more than 25 years, partly as a consultant and manager in various consultancies and partly as a specialist in private and public organisations.I thrive in international organizations with many colleagues where I can work across professional skills, time zones and cultures.Most recently I was head of analysis at Hempel, where, in addition to many adhoc projects, I established the company's first global Customer Experience Survey. I love visiting customers wherever they are and identifying their needs and requirements, working with sales people, developers and management to create insights that make a difference in sales and marketing work. I have experience from - and master - all qualitative and quantitative methods, building analysis functions across regions, coaching and managing international research projects.
