Use of [18F]-NaF and development of [18F]-Fluciclatide in a range of in vitro and in vivo models. Aneurysmal tissue is collected after imaging and stained for a variety of cell markers imaged by confocal microscopy.- In vivo imaging: µPET/CT, radiation handling and dispensing, gamma counting, image reconstruction (Bruker module) and analysis.
