Michele Belluomini, senior software analyst and designer, holds Master of Science in Computer Science from University of Pisa and started working on software design and development, computer networks and systems integrations since 1996.In September 1996 he joined one of the most important international packaging corporate as software developer of the Italian technical sales support team. Training with CAM and CAD proprietary solutions, he also started working on computer networks and system integrations.In May 1998 he joined TD Group S.p.A. as software analyst and developer, working in the whole lifecycle of banking software solutions (especially for the accounting and own property management areas). He started experiencing on databases management and application design and development (Oracle).In June 2000 he joined Ideare S.r.l. working on search engines and IR systems, as software architect. He worked in the development team of search engines for Web pages and for News, started experiencing on crawling systems, IR libraries, CGI programming (Perl) and MySQL DB management. In 2005 he started working both on the IT-MIUR DART and EU-IST AXMEDIS projects.In 2006 he moved to Tiscali S.p.A. as software engineer, experiencing on Video search engines, News clustering and Big Data analysis. In March 2010 he started contributing on the EU-IST project ALICANTE, later he started working on the EU-IST CONTRAIL (October 2010), on the EU-AAL GoldUI (July 2011) and on the IT-RAS ESSE3 (June 2016) projects.Michele has strong knowledge with a number of platforms including various flavours of Windows and Unix/Linux OS. He has advanced experience of database management, networking and OOP.
