CORDINATION OF GENERAL ACTIVITY OF "EQUIPPE TRANSIT IMPORT"ORGANISATIONATION OF AIR AND MARITIME SHIPMENTPREPARATION OF SHIPPING AND CUSTOM DOCUMENTATION FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE

- Subscribe for Import/Export Declaration (license)- Communicate and interact with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agent/company and Airlines companies - Organisation of maritime and air shipment - Negotiation and confirmation of ocean freight and air way service freight- Obtain/verify freight invoice and transmission for payment to the accounting department - Control/verification of shipping documents.- Mastery of INCOTERMS and HS (Custom tarif code)- Instructions on Bill of Lading (B/L), ECTN and Airway Bill.- Tracking of shipment- Knowledge on FCL and LCL shipment - Attributing the rightful H.S Code- transmission of files to custom clearance agents for onward treatment - Billing/Invoicing of Custom brokerage service to clients - Obtain government license/authorisation on regulated goods for import/export - Assisting co workers in time of needs

- Opening of custom declaration file- Verification of custom documents- Attributing the rightful H.S Code- Check and lodge Formal Import/Export Declaration - Efficient utilisation of Custom software- Establish correct values for duty and tarif treatment- Payment of custom duties and other custom clearance related charges and fees- Mastery of end to end custom clearance procedure- Good knowledge of Custom regulations (CONGO and CEMAC)-

- Follow up and establishment of Import Declaration, Insurance Certificate. - Open up of new transit: tallying/studying the different doccuments receive and establishment of the transit order.- Obtaining the Attestation of Clean Report of Findings. -Typing and validation of the declaration using the sofware program, SYDONIA- Representing the importer before the different Global Logistics Chain stakeholders such as the shipping agents, maritime companies, Custom Authorities, Port Authorities etc.

Opening or initaiting transit files, tallying and studying the different doccument necessary for custom clearance. Demanding missing doccuments from the importers. Follow up to print and authenticate the ECTN (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note). Demand and obtaining the Clean Report of Findings. Payment of handling charges to the handling operators. Payment of demurage and other charges to the maritime transport companies to obtain the delivery order. Follow up to have the cargo removal notes from port authorities and the Custom authorities. Assisting on the processes of containers scanning and unstuffing inspection. Writing of weeklmy reports and working in collaboration with the accountancy department, billing, etc. Archives work etc.
