Provide effective delivery and support of enterprise SAP projects using ASAP methodology framework with primary focus on SAP CRM. Perform business analysis and create high quality project documentation including business requirements, process design, process models, use cases, functional specifications and job aides. Serve as the liaison between the business stakeholders and support team for production SAP applications to facilitate enhancements and issue resolution.
