I am a co-founder and chief revenue officer of GLUED Performance, a company that helps B2B and B2C clients prevent their deals from getting stuck, get more meetings, and navigate the roller coaster of sales. With over 16 years of experience in the physician staffing industry, I have a proven track record of transforming sales teams and delivering results. I leverage my expertise in customer relationship management, human resources, and relationship building to empower sales teams to grow personally and professionally, and to close more deals.My mission is to help sales teams develop a performance mindset and a winning mentality, rather than relying on checklists, KPIs, or gimmicks. I co-created the GLUED framework, fueled by the Maverick Method, to guide sales teams through the process of identifying and overcoming their limiting beliefs, habits, and behaviors, and adopting a more positive, proactive, and productive approach to sales. Before co-founding GLUED Performance, I was the divisional vice president of the surgery division at Jackson and Coker, where I led a team of recruiters and account managers to achieve double-digit growth in revenue, placements, and client satisfaction. I also contributed to the company's culture of integrity, professionalism, and excellence, and mentored new and existing staff.
