As an Associate Broker at Acceptance Finance, I have been responsible for a variety of tasks that have contributed to the growth of the company. One of my key accomplishments is creating a JavaScript-based borrowing capacity analysis tool that was integrated into a client-facing chatbot. This tool resulted in an increase in lead generation for consumer mortgages. In addition, I developed a sophisticated Excel workbook using VBA that automated broker performance analysis, providing customisable reports for the leadership team, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Alongside these technical tasks, I also perform my regular duties and have skilfully managed over $150M in loan settlements, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and institutional partners to ensure successful transaction completions. I analyse clients' financial statements to assess creditworthiness and mitigate compliance risks. As a member of the compliance committee, I actively ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations and internal policies, demonstrating my commitment to ethical business practices.

As a Private Equity Summer Intern at Intaba Capital, I was given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gained practical experience in the private equity investment process. I collaborated with a senior team member on deal sourcing and execution, contributing to the team's success. This collaboration provided me with further mentorship to refine my technical skills.In addition, I conducted extensive agricultural market research and due diligence on potential target companies, analysing industry trends and evaluating financial health, competitive positioning, and growth potential. This research was crucial in informing the investment decisions of the team.During my internship, I independently created pitch deck presentations and investor update reports in PowerPoint. These presentations showcased my skills in presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner, and were well-received by the team.I also performed financial modeling and analysis, including company valuation and DCF analysis in Excel. These tasks required a high level of attention to detail and a strong understanding of financial concepts, both of which I possess.

As a former Wireless Infrastructure Designer at Able Wireless, I honed my skills in designing commercial-grade fixed wireless microwave networks and evaluating project viability using topographical and high-frequency heat mapping data. Working with high-profile clients such as Daimler AG, Virgin Airlines, Spirit Telecom, and Government Agencies, I gained a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and have developed a unique perspective that would be valuable in identifying and assessing investment opportunities in the sector.My experience in the telecommunications industry has given me a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and nuances of the sector, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
