This project included an in-depth analysis of all backup systems and a comprehensive design process to include all factories and offices. A Netapp design with three tiers was used which enhanced our Computer Process Recover plan and reduced our backup costs by over 50%.Lead Division Auditor for all factories and offices within the second-largest division of Deere. This includes the Computer Process Recovery Plan and several parts of our Business Recovery Plan. Every three years every site must complete a very comprehensive analysis of all IT aspects of the business in regards to risk mitigation and recovery processes.Project Manager of a turnkey startup subsidiary. The project included a needs assessment, the cost to benefit analysis, and team coordination of the entire IT project. The facility included six servers with an active directory, Exchange 2000, SQL 2000, Cisco firewall, and VOIP.
