Originally the founder of Carolina Moves, Matt Foster has transitioned to the Real Estate sales division, bringing vast knowledge in residential and commercial management, where he’s helped clients drive efficiency, growth, and profitability with their rental investments. His functional experience includes investing in single family, multi family, and commercial real estate and developing new revenue streams. He prides himself in building upon relationships and helping create prosperity for those he serves.Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from College of Charleston and a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University. He currently serves as VP of the SC Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, is a board member of the SC Small Business Chamber of Commerce, and executive director of the Reedy Reels Film Festival. As a longtime Greenville resident, Matt attended St. Joseph's Catholic High School and is happily married to his wife, Becca, with two young children. When he takes a spare moment for himself, he enjoys traveling with his family, playing tennis, cycling, and watching movies.
