I am also a founding Managing Director of Split Rock Partners, a venture capital firm focused on opportunities in software and internet services. Prior to founding Split Rock Partners, I served as Managing General Partner of St. Paul Venture Capital. Over my investing career I have managed over $1 billion in private capital.At both Cascade Reading and Split Rock Partners, my focus is on building relationships founded upon trust, respect, and the shared desire to create meaningful value. The world needs innovation more than ever, but translating vision into reality is hard. I have been fortunate to support leaders who have made it happen over the course of my investing career.
