• Support the sales (tendering phase) by creating a solution design, network dimensioning, andsupport with detailed design phase• Plan and optimize IP network infrastructure, keeping in mind future business and/or projectrequirements• Support the delivery phase for projects, by preparing the IP planning documents and Networkdetailed design documents for 2G, 3G and LTE connectivity through Transmission, IP/MPLSNetwork, MPLS-TP Network, and Enterprise Network• Provide a technical consulting service to the customer• Deliver Presentations/Workshops for technical solutions• Support Operation team and Project team with troubleshooting issues

• Accountable for Managing Service delivery for Huawei IP/MPLS network at Mobily.• Provide a focus for SLA management and customer satisfaction. • Ensure resources, capabilities and capacity to meet both existing and new business requirements.• Ensure and monitor that processes are in place for new service integration/migration over IP/MPLS Network.• Prepare project plans and delegate tasks to the IP/MPLS Front Office engineers.

• Provide pre-sales support on Proof of Concept (POC) trial verification and test during pre-sales bidding.• Assist local Datacom product line department in preparing documents such as HLD, LLD, NIP, etc...• Provide technical problem troubleshooting remotely or on-site for maintenance or professional service support.• Support professional service deployment and planning.

• Develop the necessary planning and design documentation required for solution deployment and testing, including Low Level Design (LLD), Network Implementation Plan (NIP), Network Ready for Use (NRFU), and Network Migration Plan (NMP)• Simulate customer network environments using IOU ‘IOS on Unix’ to demonstrate solution performance• Responsible for network design validation, proof-of-concept testing, network auditing/sizing, pre-staging, pre-configuration, technical aspects of deployment planning and acceptance of Cisco product• Resolution of technical issues and escalations to Cisco’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC)• Responsible for providing consultative, proactive and/or reactive support to Cisco accounts
