Working on Telviva Hosted that is an all in one package that has a built in TMS component in, Call center and standard pbx all together in one. My duties are customer support where I do Yealink SIP phones installations, creating hunt group, IVR and time route, my customer support day to day task also includes the following dutties:• Creating CoS for for extensions, and feature access codes.• Adding customers land line numbers to a container on hosted PBX.• Creating hunt group, IVR and planning a call flow using linear or circular flow.• Configuring Vibe Enabled Mikrotik router board, designing DHCP scope and creating tunnel routes to hosted PBX.• VoIP 1st and second line support for telephone related issue.•Trouble shooting of VoIP phones and network.

I support a client Unified Communication platform, in an environment where there are more than 50 Mitel controller, linking to central VSA Rampage TMS system that is centrally located to our biggest client head office. Where I have created tftp server that store telephone calls records that is imported from remote Mitel controller, and ensuring that call bearing is always function. MPLS VPLS is used to transmit call records to tftp server and to route calls from remote offices as a back up in case of faulty lines. • Installation of 3300 OS on Mitel controller using Software Installer.• Planning a call flow and designing feature access codes, CoS to be used for the client.• Deep understanding of configuring the SIP on PABX Mitel controller• Ensuring 100% functioning of Call bearing and TFTP server.• Creating SIP trunk on Mitel 3300.• Configuring PRI cards, on Mitel 3300 controllers and planning for class of service.• Adding extensions on Mitel controller and day to day admin tasks including creating pin codes, call diverting.• Configuring LHG and SXT Mikrotik routers, adding routes, allocating IP address for SIP line.• Creating extension on Fusion Hosted PBX, assigning trunks to relevant client container..
