CurrentWorking on Telviva Hosted that is an all in one package that has a built in TMS component in, Call center and standard pbx all together in one. My duties are customer support where I do Yealink SIP phones installations, creating hunt group, IVR and time route, my customer support day to day task also includes the following dutties:• Creating CoS for for extensions, and feature access codes.• Adding customers land line numbers to a container on hosted PBX.• Creating hunt group, IVR and planning a call flow using linear or circular flow.• Configuring Vibe Enabled Mikrotik router board, designing DHCP scope and creating tunnel routes to hosted PBX.• VoIP 1st and second line support for telephone related issue.•Trouble shooting of VoIP phones and network.
