Operation: Introduzione delle metodiche Lean Manufactoring in produzione, avvio di progetti Kaizen di miglioramento (SMED, 5S,...)Vendite: Contatto costante con i clienti anche Direzionali, Europei e Americani, definizione del sistema di Offerta, incremento delle vendite e ricerca di nuovi potenziali Clienti.Qualità: Introduzione ed implementazione del processo di approvazione secondo metodiche Automotive (PPAP, ISIR,...)Introduzione ed implementazione del sistema di gestione Non conformi tramite metodica 8D. Supply base I followed were in EU and were about cylinders, valves, pipes, used on the Tractors, Harvester and Telehandler builded up in CNH plants. My Suppliers portfolio was around 30 Suppliers located in Europe The SQE office was located in CNH plant in Modena. In 2010, I was in the Team who validate the Standard process to evaluate the cylinders supply base, by the Category Maufactory Management.It means to validate the tool to drive Purchasing during the Supplier choosing process, through the Manufacturing Supplier Skills.
