As AFLA president I am responsible, with the board and other elected officials, for the continued viability of the organization and for ensuring that AFLA remains the organization of choice for the automotive fleet and leasing industry. In 2015/16, as conference chair led a team of industry experts responsible for creating the program for the 2016 industry conference in San Diego. Responsible for selection of 2018 conference city and site.

Responsible for ADP's Global Fleet as well as Logistics / Shipping spend and vendor relationships. Develops and coordinates global category initiatives. Plans, manages and directs all financial and operational activities of ADP’s global fleet program. Develops and enacts best practices across the globe. Negotiates local and strategic global contracts. Implemented strategic use contracts with four manufacturer groups in EMEA and successfully consolidated lessors from 24 to three preferred. Formulates and implements global use and safety policies. Manage, analyze, administer and control costs and processes for ADP. Ensure that the size and deployment of the ADP Fleet is consistent with the overall business objectives of the Company, the individual countries, and the individual BU’s. Strong advocate for development of department personnel and proven communicator and educator to the industry.

Plans, manages and directs all financial and operational activities of ADP’s corporate-wide fleet program. Develops and implements strategic plans. Formulates, recommends and implements internal policies as it relates to the fleet. Manage, analyze, administer and control costs and processes for over 4,000 vehicles throughout the country. Ensure that the size and deployment of the ADP Fleet is consistent with the overall business objectives of the Company and the individual SBUs.

Responsible for supporting Sales & Marketing in services areas of Print, Promotional Material and drug investigational studies

Responsible for North American fleet of over 3,000 vehicles. Created Roche North American Fleet Council comprised of Laboratory Corporation of America, Roche Diagnostics, Roche Molecular and other smaller divisions of the Pharmaceutical company. Led council in supplier rationalization efforts and reduced multiple suppliers to one lessor. Achieved significant cost reductions by leveraging concerted buy of all divisions with manufacturers. Led first automotive reverse auction successfully saving over $2M in life-cycle costs for the fleet.
