I am a well-seasoned people leader, with over 25 years of leading diverse teams in a variety of business settings. I believe in servant leadership, and have proven many of its concepts through practice. I thrive on building trusting relationships with my teams, so they can in turn, do the same with their customers and clients. I am a teacher at heart, and am driven every day to help others be their best in everything they do. Through my years of leadership experience I have learned many things, but the biggest thing that has stuck with me is that you have to appeal to your team member's aspirations and understand their worldview. What drives them to do what they do? What impact can I make as their leader to help them with their growth and business priorities?Of all my accomplishments throughout the years, I am most proud of when an employee seeks me out well after our time together has passed, and thanks me for the impact I made on them. Of all the reasons that drive me to do what I do, nothing is more satisfying or more meaningful. It is why I keep doing it!
