I love seeing people achieve their goals in a way that makes sense to them.I have deep digital experience, most recently in strategy and business operations. I’m proud to lead a team that shapes ASB’s distribution and digital channel strategy, and delivers insight for our digital customers.I am a two-time winner of ASB’s Excellence/CEO awards - part of the Team of the Year in 2017 and 2019.I have led initiatives that transformed how customers join ASB and prove who they are online. I’m passionate about the opportunity that modern digital identity presents, putting people in control of their identity and improving how they are recognised online.My experience includes leading digital-focused support, business and delivery teams, channel and product management. This includes comprehensive experience with NZ business and corporate internet banking, having started my online journey worked closely with hundreds of customers and the colleagues who support them. I was product owner for ASB's revamped digital experience for professional services firms, and personal internet banking login features. Offline, I’m passionate about cricket.
