Including corporate sponsors, donors, volunteers, media partners, healthcare systems and civic leaders. • Was responsible for operation and promotion of local patient support programs, including Look Good Feel Better, Road to Recovery, Reach to Recovery, Man to Man and Cancer Resource Centers.• Worked with local health care systems to increase patient referrals to ACS services and to be a partner in their Commission on Cancer (CoC) accredited program. Participated as a member of the hospital’s Oncology Committee.• Promoted and helped oversee registration sites for a nationwide Cancer Prevention Study (CPS3).• Organized and executed educational events and programs targeted at underserved populations, including events targeted at early detection in high-risk groups.
