• NEMS(Network Enterprise Management Systems): It consists of various applications used in Turkcell. In relation to the management of Turkcell network operations, there are enterprise applications that perform functions such as planning and installation of base stations and cells, work flow tracking, circuit planning, circuit payments, IP planning, rent payments, energy payments, internal workflows, BTK (Information and Communication Technologies Authority) notifications. NEMS also forms the basic data source for official reports and internal reports sent to BTK. Sybase (2700 tables, 900 SP, 1100 views, 1500 functions) and Powerscript (Power Builder) are used as infrastructure. • MANAS SPA Framework: It is a software infrastructure designed to access multiplatform (mobile phone, tablet, PC ...) that combines ASP.NET MVC, ASP .NET WEB API, Entity Framework, JavaScript, Single Page Application (Knockout, Durandal..vs) Inhouse developed. New talents continue to be added according to the needs. • NEMS Plus: This is the latest technology transfer project for the modules of NEMS Enterprise application using MANAS SPA Framework. The database structure of the modules moved to this infrastructure has also been migrated from Sybase to ORACLE. Later on, the transition from ORACLE to MS SQL Server was completed (ASP .NET MVC, ASP .NET WEB API, Entity Framework, JavaScript, Single Page Application (Knockout, Durandal..vs)).• FQA 2.0: This is an inhouse implementation system based on the NEMS Plus platform for Turkcell quality with a dynamic infrastructure in which the necessary measurements are made, followed, reported, and invested according to the criteria of the period.
