I have a MSc in Psychology (University of Amsterdam, 2006) and a PhD from the faculty of Medicine (University of Amsterdam, 2011).I have published >100 peer-reviewed papers, book chapters and reports on the (cost-)effectiveness, research methodology and development of (digital) preventive and curative interventions for addiction and mental health (see link to publications below).I have been involved in the development and implementation of >10 digital interventions and big data driven e-health applications for addiction and mental health, in countries within and outside the EU.I have a keen interest in (digital) intervention development, research and implementation. I am an experienced lecturer on these themes.
