BostonFIG is on a mission to celebrate independent game development in New England, across the country, and around the globe. As the volunteer Director of Marketing, I revel in that mission and am honored to help indie devs make valuable connections with players, students, fellow developers, and more. My role works across departments, ensuring that our beloved in-person events continue growing, that our exhibitors, sponsors, and partners are taken care of, and that players from all walks of life feel welcomed as part of the BostonFIG community.

York IE is a vertically integrated strategic growth and investment firm helping reshape the way companies are built, scaled and monetized. As an Advisory Services Manager & Director, I was responsible for creating and executing robust marketing strategies for York IE’s portfolio of excciting B2B pre-seed and seed-stage startups. I worked closely with clients to understand their unique brands and how they were solving the problems their target customers faced, and developed customized marketing plans to help them achieve their goals. My role involved managing a small team within York IE's talented Advisory Services group, overseeing the development of marketing materials, and working closely with other departments to ensure we delivered the best service to our clients.

As part of 360PR's Electronics and Entertainment team, I worked with the consumer brands I've always enjoyed - Wizards of the Coast, Harpoon Brewery, Drizly, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Safety 1st, and more. From huge ideas to small tactical executions, I make connections between my clients and the reporters, bloggers, streamers, and content creators that fit our targets. Edited and maintained a blog covering video games, including reviews, previews and feature stories. Originally built in HTML, I moved the blog over to Wordpress and migrated all articles to maintain the story archive.
