Current• Manage On-Prem EXSI Server (VM)• Windows Server Data Center 2016, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server Storage• Domain AD, WSUS, FSRM, DNS, Fail-Over, Enterprise Anti-Virus, Firewall involvement• Manage 10kVA UPS for Server Room, 2kVA UPS for all TC Room in building.• Manage and monitor LTS for Server Room and TC Room for power supply redundancy.• Manage Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace Administrator• Monitoring the server room environment, including temperature, humidity, etc.• Monitoring network security, Mesh Wi-Fi, inbound and outgoing access• Manage and monitor Trend Micro Apex One and Vision One Security• Manage and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication System for backup daily and weekly process.• L1 support for Hospital Systems (HITS2, KCIS2, LIS, PACS, Encore Med)• SolarWinds monitoring for all servers and network devices.• Manage all IT Asset and Inventory including vendor communication.• Monitor all medical devices access in building to adhere to company policies.• Ensure all hardware, network, and system is adequately maintained.• Responsible for data maintenance, updating, and security of the overall Hospital Information System application and other software.
