he MassMen Project is a suicide prevention program designed to promote wellness and empower working-aged men across Massachusetts to take action to feel better emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We also serve and help men’s loved ones who may need support and/or resources. MassMen is a service of Riverside Community Care, Behavioral Health Innovations division, funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Suicide Prevention Program.

Needham, Ma And Lynnfield, Ma

* Provide therapeutic services to clients in the home, public schools, and outpatient treatment center * Serve population of children, adolescents and adults, ages 11 to 68 years old* Conduct individual and group therapy for children, families, and adults * Utilize Talk, Play, and Art therapy, while also practicing DBT, CBT and Solution focused therapy* Manage a caseload of 7 clients consisting of children, adults, and families * Conduct initial intake interviews and prescreening for new prospective clients* Complete and file Clinical Assessments, CANS assessments, and Treatment Plans * Work in conjunction with MA clinicians, psychologist, psychiatrist, and school guidance support staff * Partake in weekly team meetings and case presentations with interns, LMHC and LISW clinicians * Attend monthly trainings such as, Motivational Interviewing, Nicotine Abuse, and Cultural Disparities

Program coordinator for The MassMen Project and First Responders Suicide Prevention Program. These programs focus on suicide prevention for working-aged men and/or higher-risk industries in Massachusetts. These programs are a service of the Riverside Trauma Center and are founded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.

Watertown, Ma

* Provided therapy for children ages 5 to 13 years old in a therapeutic outpatient setting* Utilized a combination of Play Therapy and Talk Therapy with children and adolescences * Co-Lead two groups for children providing social skills development * Lead four social lunch groups at an elementary school, kindergarten through fifth grade* Milieu support in the classrooms of the elementary school, twice a week* One on One direct client services * Conducted and provided support in case consultations* Participated in weekly team meetings consisting of interns, LMHC and LISW clinicians

• Direct one on one, human services with children who have Autism. Ages 5 to 18 years old• Implementing and maintaining behavior and communicative, behavioral modification plans • Conducted behavioral, communicative, and emotional therapy with the students

• Help facilitate residential adolescent group therapy, ages 14 to 18 years old• Responsible for conducting adolescent intake forms and evaluations• Manage office work, filing, uploading to computer database.

Providence, Rhode Island Area

• Responsible for assisted management for a group of seven children ages 6 to 10 years old• Observation and reporting of behaviors exhibited by the children • Part of an advanced team of nurses, psychiatrists, mental health workers, and behavioral therapists • Constructed and lead therapeutic activities with the children
