Lido is a leading liquid staking platform, enabling users to stake assets like Ethereum while maintaining liquidity through tokenized staking derivatives. As a Community Validator Specialist for Lido, I collaborate with a consortium of experts to support the Lido Community Staking Module (CSM). My role focuses on providing guidance and technical support for Ethereum operators, ensuring optimal performance and network health. I leverage my expertise in Distributed Validator Technology (DVT), multi-client Ethereum node operations, and troubleshooting to assist solo stakers and other community members.

I ensure high-quality standards for operators in the SSV network by reviewing and approving operator applications, maintaining rigorous performance criteria, and promoting reliability within the ecosystem.

I evaluate and oversee grant proposals to support the growth of Distributed Validator Technology (DVT). I collaborate with teams to refine projects, ensure technical feasibility, and foster innovation within the SSV ecosystem.The SSV Network is the leading developer of DVT, a middleware solution for Ethereum staking. It enhances security, resilience, and decentralization by distributing validator operations across multiple independent operators.
