My role is to design and shape better UX for software products used by recruiters and job applicants (B2B / B2C - web and mobile app). Work in SCRUM.- Analyzing user needs and problems in products.- Collecting business requirements and goals from stakeholders.- Preparing user scenarios and user flows.- Designing Information Architecture for web and a mobile app.- Creating wireframes and functional prototypes (using Axure, Sketch, InVision, and Marvel).- Conducting user research: usability tests (-of prototypes and existing solutions), identifying customers' needs via IDIs.- Analyzing trends, benchmarks or existing solutions.- Usability assessment of the company’s websites, mobile app, and internal systems.- Using tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, UXCam, Google Analytics for data-driven decisions.

I was responsible for designing information architecture and user experience of software products owned by Absolvent Group: mainly for Absolvent.pl - a career website dedicated to students and young graduates, Absolvent Talent Days - website and other digital products for servicing young talent job fairs.Main responsibilities:- Redesigned job board for Absolvent.pl and Absolvent Talent Days website- Worked in a product team (Head of Product, PO, UI, UX) on a new Absolvent.pl product - companies’ profiles.- Prepared the Voice and Tone of Absolvent.pl- Owned end to end iterative UX process (personas, scenarios, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing) for Absolvent Group products.
